Private Coaching

Group Coaching

If your primary goal is to lose weight with access to a supportive community, Keto group coaching is for you...

​How does it work?​​

  • Classes meet every week each month (4 sessions per month) and last one hour each session.

  • After you purchase your coaching session, you should receive an email welcoming you and outlining next steps. (Didn’t receive an email? Let me know.)

  • I’ll send a reminder and Zoom link by email about an hour before each class. During each session, I’ll cover a variety of topics, share information, and invite you to participate in conversation and dialogue. If you miss a session, no problem! All sessions are recorded, so you can review them later.

​Single-Month vs Recurring Month​

  • Single-month coaching allows you to pay for one month at a time. There’s no obligation to renew, and after the month is over, you’re no longer enrolled. Single-month can be perfect for those members who just want to give coaching a try.

  • Recurring monthly coaching memberships allow you to remain enrolled in your class. Once you sign up the first time, you don't have to worry about trying to stay enrolled when classes sell out.

​A Supportive Community

  • The groups are here to show you that you are not alone and all of us can share ideas on how we can support each other.  

  • My coaching groups attract people from varying stages in their weight loss journey.  This diversity makes for a thriving environment for learning from one another, sharing successes, and how we've overcome obstacles. 

  • Keto folks are a rare breed and finding like-minded people to connect can be really difficult.  So, whether you are single-month or recurring member, you will have access to a private Facebook group.  The group can be a great tool for maintaining support and accountability,  in between calls.  â€‹â€‹
